To assist and accelerate your efforts for performing at optimum efficiency; I will integrate a customized formula for your success. No generic templates here! I incorporate Phillip Mattheson's MAF maximum aerobic function model. Heart rate training is key.

 2012 News: Riley Howard SSU Mtn Bike. 1st Place in Expert Division Mtn Bike XC TBF Racing. U-21 

Austin Middlebrook. 1st Place in Sport Division Mtn Bike XC TBF Racing. U-17

  

2011 News: Stephanie Schmotter SSU Triathlete former competes at Big Kahuna 5:11 for a 1/2 Ironman. 4th Place overall, 1st in AG and 2nd fastest bike split.

9-10-2011 Sean Tuberville goes to Nationals and qualifies for World Championships in New Zealand.

9-1-2011. Morgan SSU Triathlete completes Full Aqua Bike 2.4 mile swim and 112 mile bike. First in Age Group.

9-1-2011. Jay SSU Triathletes completes first Ironman at Vineman. Amazing time 10:30. First SSU to do a full while racing for team.

4-3-2011 Daniel Hoff (SSU) Xterra 2nd in Age Group Top 25. On the way to Nationals.

SSU Triathlon Team. Represents at Cal Poly. 100% percent finish and all racers PR on a sloppy muddy course.  

3-6-2011 Austin Middlebrook takes 3rd Junior U-14 Mountain Bike Division Lake Sonoma Series.
